Commercial Construction Project Coordinator
This role is responsible for coordinating construction projects for restaurant, retail, hospitality, office, and commercial clients from project kickoff through successful completion. The Project Coordinator works closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure schedules, documentation, communication, and project deliverables are managed efficiently. This position will also assist with the bidding and estimating process, including bid package preparation, subcontractor outreach, proposal tracking, and supporting the development of competitive project bids.
Commercial Construction Project Manager
This is a leadership role for someone who values organization, accountability, communication, and successful project execution. We're looking for a Project Manager who can confidently oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion while coordinating clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes ownership of project success, manages schedules and budgets effectively, resolves challenges efficiently, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Commercial Construction Superintendent
This is a leadership role for someone who values organization, accountability, communication, and quality execution in the field. We're looking for a Superintendent who can confidently lead jobsite operations, coordinate trades effectively, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes ownership of project success, maintains high standards of workmanship, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
